I tend to like and read mainly True Books,True Crime, Biographies, Memoirs. But now and then I come across a corker of a book that I love and these are the books you will see featured here. I will slowly introduce as I build (and learn how to) build! my blog, the books I am reading or have read and really enjoyed in the genres I prefer.

So among my favourite Authors are:

Helen Forrester who sadly passed away 24/11/2011, I was incredibly sad as I had followed her work for many many of my childhood and adult years I have managed to collect all of her published books fiction and autobiographical and they take pride of place on one of my bookshelves. Sadly none of them were signed  as I was never fortunate enough to meet her.

Norman Wisdom, Oh how I have laughed at one page and cried in the next with this man, sometimes I was right there along with him when he declared "Don't laugh at me" . I love the comedy he ceated but his life stories are somewhat different and he stayed a humble man until the end.
